His background leading complex laboratory and athletic facility builds shaped his commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable execution—standards that define every project at Max and Bernie’s Property Solutions.
Today, Pete combines his construction expertise with years of experience as a real estate investor and solutions provider, helping homeowners, investors, and property owners find the best path forward—whether that means selling, repairing, improving, or repositioning a property.
